citi thankyou premier companion airfare travel benefit is entitled to receive one free companion airfare each year (12 month renewal period) with the purchase of a like published fare coach class ticket from Spirit Incentives. One of the travelers must be the primary registered Citi Thankyou® Premier cardmember.

 To qualify for the complimentary companion airfare ticket,economy class airfare ticket must be purchased at the published fare from Spirit Incentives

all itineraries must be identical, a minimum 4 days advance purchase, roundtrip, one way, or multiple destination tickets. Multiple destination itinerary provide for two flights (departure and return) similar to round trip itinerary, however the return flight can be from a city other than the arrival city on the departure. Open tickets, open returns, open jaws, prepaid tickets, circle trips or stopovers are not permitted. Spirit Incentives will offer all the available scheduled jet or commuter service airline and routing made available by the global distribution system (GDS) utilized by Spirit Incentives and may not be able honor requests for specific airports, airlines, flight times or routings. Code share flights do not apply.
