ANZ Launches premium credit card In Indonesia

The competition in the premium credit card market has become even tighter after the launching of the ANZ Black Super Premium card early this week, which offers a credit limit of Rp 100 million (US$ 11,448.2) and merchant discount benefits at over 500 food and beverage outlets.
MasterCard Worldwide vice president and senior country manager for Indonesia, Vadyo Munaan, said the ANZ Black card issued by ANZ Panin Bank was especially tailored for discerning and affluent Indonesian cardholders.
""Based on our extensive research, we have determined that what matters most to these consumers is simplicity, customization and value,"" he said after the launch of the card Monday.
The card offers various benefits, including immediate membership of Ritz Carlton's Jakarta Loyalty Diamond Club, priority pass access to airport executive lounges in over 275 cities around the world, double-rewards points on frequent flier miles with some airlines, and 24-hour worldwide family medical benefits, he said
